The Administrators and Moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the Administrators or Moderators (except for posts made by them personally) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to:

1. Post content that violates the rights of a third party that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, argumentative, flaming, hateful, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, indecent, libellous, or contains illegal content.

2. Harvest content or upload content that could potentially contain a virus or other files that may interrupt, destroy or limit functionality of the forum.

3. Post contents of chain letters, pyramid-selling schemes, bulk mail, junk mail or similar.

4. Post content for commercial, business, promotional and advertising purposes.

5. Register yourself as a member of this forum for newsletter subscriptions.

6. Breach the terms of suspension, ban or attempt to gain access in another way (using an alias username)

7. Register more than one username under any circumstances unless authorised by an Administrator

8. Exceed the 100 x 100 avatar size

9. Link to third-party sites in your signature, unless authorised by an Administrator

10. Post links to unsolicited adult sites

You agree to:

a) Abide by these rules, which also expand to the Personal Messaging system.

b) Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining a secure password

c) Indemnify SupportPCs in full on demand against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which they suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of this forum.

ACCESS RESTRICTION SupportPCs reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny any user access to this Forum, or any portion thereof, without notice and for any reason including, without limitation, if you fail to comply these Terms and Conditions.
