Recycle Bin - Automatically Emptied
« on: April 05, 2012, 02:22:11 PM »
Usually when my recycle bin has lots of "rubbish" I then empty it. However recently I have noticed that my Recycle Bin is emptying without me doing anything.

Is there any explanation for this ?

Thankyou

There are a number of possibilities:

1.  Disk Cleanup wizard could be set to delete the Recycle Bin contents......This can sometimes be set be a third party tweaking program you may have installed.

2.  Your Recycle Bin folder may be corrupt.

3.  A virus.....Though this is unlikely.

4.  Your computer has decided to take over the world, and it has started by deleting your Bin files. (I watch to many X file programs).
